Welcome to the site Bosh!!! biggrin.gif

I had the sticky key thing and got in contact with HTC who managed to sort within 5 days, which was pretty cool. But if you have just got it, maybe its worth pestering Orange for a new one!! (I know I would!!! )

Here's their number, you have to call and then they send you a form, which you fill in and post back (with your handset of coures), and then "piff paff poof!!" a few days later, its back!!!

Hey!!!!

Now I was also one of the many people who was blown away by this app, and I have to admit, I too am a little disappointed that Bitbank will not be completing this app for us anytime soon.

But aren't you guys being a little harsh??? After all, Bitbank didn't have to release his beta here, and furthermore, the fact that he did, shows how commited he is to the progression of smartphone apps in general.

Me thinks some people have just got too greedy, and expect everything for free. Granted, it would be nice to have this app working properly, but considering I didn't pay a red cent for it, who am I to complain??? [-X

Bitbank, I personally wanna say cheers, and I look forward to any future software developed by your clever self (free or otherwise!!)

Anywho, im off to finish playing Streetfighter Alpha on my smartphone.....

Hey guys,

I had the same problem with my back button, and Orange wouldn't send it away for me, as I had no original proof of purchase (bought it on ebay), and they said they needed it to confirm that the phone was still within it's 1 year guarantee period. Now considering this phone (E200) was only released back in November, why wouldn't they believe that its still under a year old???? So I took matters into my own hands!

This product is covered by a years manufacturer's guarantee thus any problems with the phone that derive from or can be traced back to the manufacturer should be either repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer. (I knew that A'level Law would come in handy sooner or later!! biggrin.gif ) So I contacted HTC Europe directly (Just ask at any Orange store for the number) explained the problem to them, and was told to send my phone to them. I'm currently waiting for it to come back (got there on tuesday and they confirmed they're posting back tonight!), but it has just shown me how stupid and difficult some companies rules can be!!

But hey, hopefully I won't have to go through all of this again!!!!

Hey Midnight,

This homescreen is absolutely fantastic!!!
I have been downloading and running various homescreens with various different plugins for quite some time (unfortunately I am not as technically minded as some of my fellow modaco users, thus have to rely on you geniuses to keep me happy!!), and I have to say by far this is the best homescreen I've seen.

I eagerly await to see just how far homescreen design will be carried by the use of this plugin, as its initial impressions are bloody good!!! And im not just talking about asthetic appeal, lets see just how functional this type of homescreen can and will make our smartphones!!!!

Well done mate!!! =D>

Well whatdyaknow, it works for me!!!! biggrin.gif

But I guess that's a typical Orange trait, having an unexplainable fault, which is fixed by an even more unexplainable solution!!!!

Not so sure a hard reset fixes this problem. I have had the same problem for about a month now, and other than pulling the whole thing apart, i've tried everything including several hard resets to no avail!!!

Im really confused as I don't think its the actually key, but it doesn't seem to be affected by resetting the software either!!!

Has anyone got any ideas???

Hey there,

this one is for Kermaphone, I really liked what you did with the OSX homescreen (the addition of the analogue clock is neat!), is there any chance you could post that homescreen here?? Would love to have that without the Motorola sign though (as I own an E200) but if its not possible then I'll have it, as it is!!

Hey, just picked up on this thread, and thought i'd see if you could make an E200 owner's dream come true!!

Is it possible to have the osx homescreen (with the RJ plugins, so all the icons work) and also add the RJ analogue clock plugin as well?

So it'll still be the same ol' osx home screen with all the screens and functionality that has, but in the left hand corner (or wherever is possible) would be an analogue clock.

Can it be done?? If so, can it be done by YOU????

Will be biting my nails in anitcipation....

Florin dude, you truly are the man!! biggrin.gif

Only got my E200 last week (offline) and was peeved that I had to pay Orange for an unlock code, and I had to wait for it!!

But I saw your thread yesterday, and just had to do it!!

5 mins later, I was a very happy "sim unlocked" E200 owner!!
Called Orange and told em to stuff their unlock code, as they STILL hadn't sent it to me!! [-(

Once again, Cheers mate, well worth every penny!!
Will be recommending this to anyone I come across with an E200!!

First of all I'd like to say a great big HELLO to all, as although i've been a member for a little while this is my first post!! (How exciting)

But Secondly, Just wanna thank Modaco and everyone using this site, as If it were not for you, I would've taken my SPV back to orange a long time ago!! (Not the best customer service, nor user manual!!) And it is you guys that showed me just how cool and amazing my smartphone really is!!
But, sticking to the plot, Simon, you've posted some great ringtones and stuff here, and was willing to sit back (and remain silent!!!!) and wait for you to post my fave track, but alas I have had to come with my begging bowl.

Is there any chance you could do that Pharrell Track 'Frontin', as it is just the mutts you know wots!!! Much appreciated, one very happy SPV user!!!

P.S Everyone give yourselves a pat on the back, doing great things here!!!
