yeah and they developed a drug for them called Modafinil, which stops people from falling asleep, a guy at work got some and was taking it so he could work 24hrs with out sleeping. im remaining cautious and yet to try them...

fudge the Xbox360, have you seen the PS3? bluetooth, wifi, USB and ethernet out of the box. Blueray, DVD, CD basically if its cd sized the thing will read it, meaning its fully backwards compatable with PS and PS2 games. when i saw some of the game footage my jaw did not drop, it fell off!

This would certainly be a usefull appliation to have. Im sure ive seen Digi Cameras that have a function along these lines, you plug the camera in via USB and it shows as a removable drive (juts like if you plugged a card reader in)

I wonder if they could do it with Bluetooth? Bluetooth removable storage sounds yummy...

Yeah, it's very annoying... I mean they haven't contributed anything toward the forum and they won it.

What about the regulars here?

Maybe the next compo should be only available to people with more than 50 posts and has been a member for more than 3 months or so?

amen to that!

im considering buying XP MCE 2005 and the remote for my current PC. my one question is this..
I will want to plug in my 28" TV for watching movies and films etc. and have my 19" LCD used for webbrowsing, etc. how easy is it to switch between the two? or can i have both running at the same time?

it only cost me about £800 (including monitor) as i got it discounted from where i work, i spent £140 on the new case, £22 on the little LCD screen and then perhaps another £50 on various cooling bits.

The specs:
Pentium 4 3.4GHz with a Gigabyte 3D Cooler
2GB of PC3200 RAM
Western Digital HDDs (250GB, 80GB and 40GB)
ATI Radeon 9600XT
Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum
DVD-ROM
DVD-RW
Lian Li V1000 Case
19" Flat Panel Monitor

Im pretty impressed with it, but i still need to upgrade the Motherboard and GFX Card at some point (when i can save the cash)

3-4 on average when im at home. Just general web browsing, video watching and music playing. i used to play more games like Warcraft, CounterStrike and Final Fantasy which meant i used to proberly average 7 or more when not working...

(when im working, im infront of a computer for 12 hours straight, but as you said im not counting that)
