Also try Borlans tools if you are willing to frig about. They have a free IDE and you can use the MS SDK.

wot is the current version cos today a got v1 vs .net cf sdk for free! from microsoft. they came down to my uni, yeah lectured us and started handin em out (with t-shirts and pens)
