Samsung and Microsoft are currently in the process of working together on the upgrade process for the device. The upgrade will be available in the near future. Please check back periodically for updates. You can contact our help desk at any time at 1-888-987-4357. Simply press 1, 1, 2, when the IVR starts to get to a tech support representative. On behalf of Samsung, thank you for your email. Now when will this happen,,your guess is as good as mine.
