Hm, why should eVB be VB.NET?

eVB needs runtimes, not NET.CF

I did not say this, did I?

hi,

I only know VB programming and I want to develop smartphone 2002 application. I'm gladed that eVB can develop SP2002 using VB. Thanks!
However, I'm very confused about .Net CompactFramework, VS .Net, VB .Net, etc... I want to know if I'm going to use eVB to develop SP2002 apps,
1) what kind of book should I look into? VB .Net, .Net Compact Framework, or else?
2) where can I get more eVB controls in order to develop GPRS, SMS and Phone related applications?
3) any useful links for my first application (maybe Notepad with Encryption feature)?

Thanks...
