I upgraded my Qtek 8080 with the latest Swedish Rom, but after the Sprite restore failed, the phone reboots only in bootloader mode, version 1.07.01 doc. Now if I try to reinstall ANY firmware, it starts the Upgrade 0% and after 3 minutes it says that the upgrade failed!!! I tried in 2 different pc, and I don't know what to do now. Pleas help me! Guest squall Posted June 2, 2004 Report Share Posted June 2, 2004 Have you tried : 1 Hard reset (unlikely to work but you never know) 2 Reinstalling the original rom that was on your phone (not the latest update) If this fails there is a method which should work involving getting someone back up a ROM to an sd card and installing that on the phone.
