My cd with mio programs is missing?

Hello to everybody!

I have a mio 8380 and everything looked fine

till i found that after a reset i couldn't load the programs of mio 8380 because the cd is missing!!!

When i bought it, used, the guy never gave me the cd!!!!

So now I was wondering if anyone could grant me a copy of it!!!

Download it or even send it to me!

I am really desparate...

I have difficulties managing and using my phone!

I'm not sure but if they didnt give you that cd... u should go back to the retailer and ask for it. there's nothing wrong to ask for it since its clearly stated in the manual as a content of the package. im not sure if modaco allows this but if u can present a receipt... maybe we can do something :) personally... the distributor i bought my phone from... is a money hungry businessman. he took out the sd card with chinese software and sold it separately! :twisted: i was so angry when i found out that it is part of the package. cunning people.

The problem is that i bought it used not new! :)

And the seller said that he didn't also have this cd! :lol:

I can't say if this is true or not!

Anyway!

I already post an inquiry to mitac service but i am still waiting for an answer! I hoped to find this cd like an image or something but i looked everywhere without any luck! So i decided to post here so that someone

could read and help me out!

I don't think that posting me a copy of the cd or let me downloaded from somekind of server it's illegal!

I do have the intire package of the device! the only thing that 's missing is this cd! so having it from another it should be something like "legal copy of my own program disk"

Anyway

I am sorry about the long post!

I just wanted a long time this device and now i start to regret it :lol:
