When I contacted them they told me that they don't know when it will be released. The importer of MIO products in Israel is www.intelium.co.il. They have MIO 8380 on their site, but it's not for sale yet. This company didn't answer any of my emails about the availability of this phone in Israel. I tried to install Hebrew font on the device instead of the default font, but it only shows contact in Hebrew left-to-right.
