Guest Peter Foot Posted October 31, 2004 Report Share Posted October 31, 2004 That will depend on the version of Smartphone you want to target:- Smartphone 2002 you can use the free embedded Visual C++ 3.0 and Smartphone 2002 SDK Smartphone 2003 (inc second edition) you can use either free embedded Visual C++ 4.0 SP2 and Smartphone 2003 SDK to write native code applications or Visual Studio 2003 Professional or higher to write .NET applications with either VB.NET or C# and the .NET Compact Framework A good place to find info about the different tools etc is to start here:- http://msdn.microsoft.com/mobility/getting...le/default.aspx Peter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
