hi there, many thanks for the info, just about to try it out.
i did a search on the orange web site and couldnt find the update...also followed the link that was posted below, and that didnt work.

the good news is I have found the right place to get the update from and here it is:

Can anybody confirm what the latest UK rom version is?  I can only find 2.7.1.1 but Im seeing talk of 2.7.5.1 amongst others...?

AFAIK latest/ last UK is 2.7.1.1,
2.7.5.1 is Swiss
2.7.2.2 is French

you can bodge the foreign roms onto your UK handset if you wish. Do a bit of googling for more info. Any reason you need the latest rom?
