If you are using SmartROM version 1.5 and higher, you will not see a window prompting you to enter the unlock code. I believe it was disabled in those ROMs. You can check your phone's ROM version via Programs > Settings > About Shown below is a screenshot of Orange ROM 1.6.1.10. :lol: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted November 15, 2004 Report Share Posted November 15, 2004 After you got the unlock code, you should restart your phone with a non-Orange SIM card on it then wait for the window asking for the code.
