Don't know too much about xml, so I had to take the easy way out I hope you enjoy it. It comes with the standard plugins (message counter for sms, mms and email, the icon bar, MRU, profile, and calendar) as well as the WMP and ALARM plugins. Kudos to their creators, Orangewinger and RichieM, respectively. (both are included in the ZIP in case you still don't have them) Feel free to further customize it if you wish to do so, just post what changes you make so all of us can enjoy it.
