Guest spr33 Posted December 22, 2004 Report Share Posted December 22, 2004 Hi there, As of the other day (not sure when it started), my SPV has started to dialup / connect to the internet for some reason. There's no apps running which would use the internet, the only thing i've been able to do to stop it is put my phone in 'aeroplane' mode. Not only does it cost me money, it also uses a hell of alot of my battery. I was wondering if any users had ran into this problem before? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest spr33 Posted December 22, 2004 Report Share Posted December 22, 2004 Thanks for the reply. I have selected 'never'.. but it's still dialing out. I've selected 'pass through connection' in the data connections part (to stop it from wasting my credit), and every now and again, it'll ask me if I want to use a different connection because it can't dialup. It's really strange and annoying. Is there any way of removing the email account, so I can be doubley sure it isn't the email checking that's what the phone is dialing up for?
