While i used to work fixing corporate mobile comms with users on every network (cept Virgin so far?) I used to have a list of teams and names, along with a note for each.
With the number of support calls people are making with orange are there teams we should just give up with/or hope to speak to? or even certain people on a team.
Maybe Modaco could award a medal to the best person/team?
