I just upgrade my qtek 2020 to firmware 1.72.00WWE. I believe that is the latest firmware.

I've updated my XDA II to Windows Mobile Second Edition. Found the instructions from xda-developers Worked fine for me first time around, although the battery seems to discharge slightly quicker. Then I had to downgrade again so the man in the O2 shop would fix it under warrenty when I dropped it on it's head! Oops!
