I'm confused - Orange say the M2000 is a triband phone, T-Mobile say the MDA III is quad band. Are they the same device? (HTC Blue Angel) And who is right?

They are essentially the same device and I was under the impression the the M2000 was quad band. Ive asked the top technical guy at Orange and will let you know when he comes back to me.
