I do have GPRS set up and I sometimes notice the little icon at the top showing that data is tranferring, presumably this is costing me money, is there any way of stopping or monitoring this?
Also, if I went to access the net on my jam whilst it is connected to the pc would it use my pc broadband connection, therefore not costing me money and i could access sites on the jam and download things directly?

SPB GPRS Monitor (www.spbsoftwarehouse.com) is a great GPRS cost monitor, and yes, it should use your BB connection while docked.
