While looking through the forum i noticed that now older posts are hidden by default ( last 90 days ) while this is a nice feature for the old regulars as you  have the control to see the new posts only , for newbies its a loss as they might not know about changing the settings to see all the topics in each section and would miss out . maybe in the standard welcolme email the information over this option should be included

i cant see any reason to auto hide old posts, it confused me! I would rather have all posts showing
