Guest Chaser81
I got these installed: Bliss theme with System Monitor plugin Avantgo PPCNewz (Newsgroup reader) PocketSpark (Flash player) Beta Player Bomberman Sim City 2000 Strategic Assault Pocket TV Agile Messenger Mapopolis PocketRAR Most applications are installed to my SD card. Incidentally, I tried WinAmPaq but couldnt get it to read from the SD card, which was where all my Mp3s were. Tried installing it to main memory and SD card, still wouldnt let me open the Storage Card.

Guest MitchellO
On the Main Memory I install the basics. If I need something while using my SD WiFi card, I install to the ROM Storage. On Main Memory: Beta Player GPRS Monitor Macoromedia flash Player Sandisk SD WiFi Software vBar PHM Regedit PHM Pocket PC PowerToys I didn't install all that default stuff after a hard reset, only the CallerID, PhonePad SIP, MMS and my operator settings (Optus). In total, I have used only 13Mb of RAM!! Works sooooo nice and fast, no slowdowns like when I had all the default crap installed. Saved about 15mb too.
