Yes, the MPX200 only has a 200 mhz processor, too little for smooth emulation. Might as well stick to the NES.

Hi all,
I too had the same problem with the emulator freezing up after loading the ROM. I was keen to get this working on my C550 after spacemonkey's announcement of it functioning on the C500, so I downloaded the source from his website and fixed it to run. Now I'm playing Mario Kart on my C550! Its by no means perfect but the game runs adequately with frameskips settings.
Anyway, I've attached the working version here.

Please do not send me requests for updates or changes, these should be redirected to spacemonkey. All credit goes to him for his hard work in porting this to smartphone. I just fixed it to work on my C550. Enjoy!

I've just got PicoDrive working on full screen on my C550 after modifying the source. I'm going to translate this to PocketSNES so I don't have to look at the postage size game window
Playing Shinobi in full screen on C550 is sweet. PicoDrive is also more playable in terms of speed and fame rate. I wonder if I can strip some of the calls out of PocketSNES to bump up the frame rate. hmm...time to do a bit of testing me thinks!

I all guys:
I have some doubts about all the snes emu versions that are arround the web.
I have a qtek8310 (ARM processor), Qvga screen, and some questions.
I get the parallax pocketsnes (v1.12.200-10, compiled on 2005_12_22, based on snes9x1.43), and it works, with a quite good speed (maybe a bit slowly), and WITHOUT sound.
I get another version (from this thread: http://www.modaco.co...S-t233433.html)
(v.1.47 2005_12_18, based on snes9x1.43), and it starts, but when try to load any rom it hangs on.
I have read somewhere that maybe the problems are caused for the resolution (better left or right side than the default one?), or where is stored the app (better in the phone mem than in the SD card?).
I would like to ask wich are the diferences between this two develops, and parallax, if it's possible to get the emu code so we can try to work or make some improve on it.

My c500 wont open ver 1.52 but will load 1.47 but roms wont load or even look for them

Get the Version 1.52 of Masterall if you want sound... Build 2006-03-04 based on Snes9x 1.43...
but in landscape only the left works. right hangs.

i cant select 16 bit osund because i dont have a touchscreen.. is there a remedy for this?

I am using a Q with this version, and everytime I select Auto Frameskip, it freezes. Is anyone else getting this problem?

ehi I installed pocket snes.. I run the application but when i choose load rom it doesn't happen anything.. why????? help me!!
