I've been posting in the software section and having no response

so

wm2003se PHONE edition ? what's it all about then

I love the format and functionality of my blue angel
but the phone software is so backward compared to the E200

1) I've installed intellidialer to ease things a bit
but it is slow, misses calls, cannot be closed, even with
a task switcher

2) moreover, I tried to save to contacts and there is no option
to save to a known contact!! is that crazy?

3) in notes tried "send by email" only to find text numbers
no email addresses - doh? how likely is that.

not happy
(though my clanger theremin software is the biz!)

Hi simonastro,

Can't answer the first point about intellidialer, as I don't have it.

I haven't been able to save to a known contact either.

E-mailing from notes will work, but only if your mail box is set to e-mails.  If the last time you used it, it was set to text messages, then it texts instead.  Sounds a pain, but if you go into messaging and select one of the e-mail folders first, then it'll work as you want.

To get a £ sign, press the au button next to the Ctl key, and another load of options comes up.  The £ sign is where the 5 key was.

Best wishes,

Russell
