Guest tudor
As far as I know, solid-state storage has a limited life in write cycles. I know that for flash memory (SD, MiniSD) is hundreds of thousands of times. Anyway, I don't know what kind of memory the smartphone ROM uses and my question is: how many times can one flash a new ROM on the phone without causing permanent damage? Guest tudor
Anyone? At least post here what you know from experience - i.e. if you flashed it 10 times, 20 times...
Guest xenophobe
The ROM is on flash memory as well.
Guest tudor
This means that flashing the phone hundreds of times would not do any harm?
