Guest stianbalducci Posted March 14, 2005 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 I have a bluetooth dongle that uses it's own drivers and running programs. I open activesync on the magician and select tools -> connect via bluetooth, everything goes fine until my phone askes for a pin for the pc. The next field is greyed out and a pin key as 0 or 0000 won't work. The reason i want to connect is so that i can use skype(ppc version) around in the house. I have also tried to change settings in the bluetooth software on the computer but nothing mentions anything about a pin. What am I doing wrong? Guest GothTeddy Posted March 14, 2005 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 first off, connect via cable. then disconnect and pair the handset with your pc. once that's done, go into activesync and 'connect via bluetooth'... the pin it asks for is, from memory, the same pin you use on your handset.
