Guest confused and hungover Posted March 31, 2005 Report Share Posted March 31, 2005 ok.... i actually don't like christina very much, in fact my feelings towards her border on annoyance. what i do like however are the red hands on the clock face of this homescreen. i was anxious to get a look at the Xml code so i could try and incorporate it into my own designs. i downloaded the file, installed it.... little did i know that christina would infect my ENTIRE phone!!!!!!!! i am a laughing stock :D , my friends think i love christina, my girlfriend is sulking... now i need to do something drastic to get rid. are there any specifc files i can delete to get rid of her eyes looking at me when i send a text or unlock the phone? it freaks me out a bit! if i delete these files will they be replaced with defaults?? the "starting me up" christana when i switch the phone on is also a bit worrying, it feels like i'm holding her in my hand :shock: help. please. Guest confused and hungover Posted March 31, 2005 Report Share Posted March 31, 2005 i found the cab file in question:):D christina is banished from my phone forever.... the only thing that still lingers is a naked woman bending over in the top right side of the screen when it asks for the password after a restart.... is that from this homescreen? i have a question about the code you're using for the red clock hands... i've done a few experiments to incorporate it into a different homescreen but it keeps coming up with nothing displayed... is there something special i need to do to activate it? thinking about it, this happens everytime i try to incorporate the analogue clock into a homescreen.... do i need to include something about the plugin at the begining of the Xml file? If you just want the homescreen let me know by dropping me a PM and I'll remove all the extras. The icons for battery and reception that should be in the bottom grey bar appear on my screen even above the second grey bar. The top grey bar remains empty. The clock has no hands and also the volume label is just there with no value or any other kind of meter. Do you know how this can be fixed? Please help me!!! :-) Thanks!
