Hi All,

Anyone know how to reset the call counters to zero? O2 XDAII running W2003SE if it's relevant.

on the phone dialer press Call History button

press the Tools tab at the bottom left

select Call Timers... tab

then you are given the option to reset all call timers or from 1 week a go or 1 month etc

i use an spv m1000 running w2003 so it should be about the same

Hi, Thanks for that.

It enables me to reset recent calls only, all calls timer stays put. Drop down only covers call history.

At least I can reset the phone each month now though.
