I have the T-mobile Compact and am trying to change the new txt mess and new email and new msn mess and cant figure out how I tell it to use the tones I have downloaded, under incoming call I have the option to pick a wav file but not on others.

As long as you have installed the tones via the windows/rings folder or start settings -> system -> add ringtone, just go to the personal settings tab -> sounds and notifications, select the notifications tab and change the event options to the tones of choice.

Thank you but on my phone apparently it has to be in the windows folder not windows/rings, but because of your advice I got it working thank you.
