Whem someone calls me, photoID, adds an animated frame with "I love You". Someone know how to remove it? I tried to delete frame_default.gif, but it doesnt't work

Try when you attach a photo to a contact to look in the options menu and u must have there "use template" choose use photo only and also choose its size and location on the screen. It works on C500 this way .

this way works but I have to do it for all my 200 contacts... it's quite boring...

Go into Caller ID and hit Menu, Options, Set Default Photos.
Now you can choose a better template for all unassigned contacts.

I've PhotoID not caller id, in menu there are:
find
edit
view mode
groups
update
settings

in settings there's only an option:
show sim contacts
