Best ROM for Orange SPV?

Just got one of these phones, originally had Orange software, successfully unlocked it and installed Qtek 7070 1.50 ROM on the device

Is this the best ROM as I dont want to have Orange stuff on the phone

they are all pretty similar but that's fine if you don't want Orange stuff on your phone.
