Forgive me if i have missed the blindingly obvious link somewhere. (been a long day) But what happened to the product support forums for the MoDaCo shop?

Yes, I removed the forum at their request, they feel they can delivery a better customer experience with people telephoning their support line.

...interesting for an online store...I would have thought they could pick things up and reply at their leisure without being chased over the phone. I have patiently waited for a response for at least 3 weeks now. So now I have to chase them by calling???

...hmmm...

I wouldn't look at it like that...

You can of course still email them, but the feeling is that you will receive a better customer experience by calling them and having your issue resolved hopefully there and then, and I tend to agree.
