e200 doesn't want to execute properly #999# ?!?!

It looks like something internal on e200 so it does not want to send it for execution on the network, instead it shows 'Could not open log file'
Is there any way for solving this issue like editing registry or something like that.
Unfortunatelly on T-Mobile USA it's a 'shortcut' for checking remained credit on prepaid account.
Any idea ?
