ITS THE RED FOLDERS!!! there killing me, i keep loading up the page, and even though i make sure i have read and occasionally add my 2p worth, the red folders come back

I dont go out

my work is suffering

my girlfriend thinks i'm sad(er)

when the forum goes down i feel anxious and restless

Yeah, when I saw the thread about "Failing Partnerships" I thought it was to do with the addictiveness of the board before I read it.  

My productivity at work has been well down last week.

I managed at least 18 hours without touching the forums last night. I then spend 3 hours catching up again...

My work has got well behind too, rushing back to my PC to see how many red folders have appeared is becoming a very bad habit.

I'm even begining to see red folders in my dreams !.... last night one was trying to kill me and was chasing me in an Asda carpark, I eventually confronted it and held it under water until it did a hard reset, during the time it took to re-initilize I was able to escape.!!  :oops:

I must remember to take the pills my doctor gave me !

I managed 24 hours, but I was hung over at the time!!!

OK, this is all wrong... now I'm gutted if I DONT see red folders... I wonder "where is everyone", "are they having a party and I wasnt invited", "has Paul cancelled my account", "is there a new episode of south park available for download, i mean on TV, and thats what everyone is doing" and I keep pressing F5 until a red folder appears

I need help
