HELP!!!

I sim locked my old SPV and now can't remember my password.

How do I get rid of this?

Is there an App available or does Orange need to do it?

Hi,

If it's asking for a PUK code, you'll have to contact Orange CS to obtain it.

if it an actual SIM lock entered by a password after a certain number of attempts it will lock the SIM then you will have to contact the network as it will require a puk code to unlock it again.

It's asking for a SIM Unlocking code.

Is that the same as or different to a PUK code.

After a failed attempt does the phone display that you can not try the code again for x amount of seconds?
