Guest thud Posted August 3, 2005 Report Share Posted August 3, 2005 THere appears to be a problem with the M500 and web surfing. If you want to use any of the millions of sites with flash used in them then you have to install Macromedia Flash Player 6 for Pocket PC 2003 (unless someone tells me they know another way to experience flash on this device). Once installed, sites with flash show the flash content but very swiftly afterwards the device crashes IE and dumps you out of the browser and back to the today screen. Can anyone help or confirm the same experience? Is this a problem just with the M500 or does it happen on the JAM/MDA etc? I used to be able to play the flash games in the MoDaCo arcade fine (on my M500) Is the flash plugin only for pocket IE or would it work with Opera Mini or Minimo (mozlla) browsers?
