Does anyone know of any software that I can use to send and receive SMS messages on my PC when my M500 is connected via the USB cable?

I know you can do this on other mobiles but haven't found any software that allows me to do this with my M500

You could use the remote display application, lets you use the keyboard and mouse to control the phone. Google for "activesync remote display", it's a free Microsoft tool.

or jeyo mobile extender, puts an extra inbox in outlook just for SMS, send, receive, back up, its pretty cool

Prefer Jeyo Mobile Companion, www.jeyo.com just because it runs outside Outlook, as there are somedays I just don't want to launch Outlook  :shock:

we use an app at work that is part of outlook.  I think it's a program from orange that lets you send/receive to out look but the text bill goes to the phone...  not sure how you could sync that part of the inbox to the phone tho...
