Have u ever noticed the "No service" network condition, even if you are near of a cell repeater?

When phone is new this condition doesn't happen.

I have two vodafone sim.

The first is mine and i use it on my 8390 since i bought it.
The second one has never been inserted on the 8390.

With the 1st i get the no service after 2-3 hours.
With the 2nd i never get the no service.

If I observe to them I notice that the 1st it is bended!
Yes! The 8390 bends the sim! If u remove the battery you'll see that the contacts makes too much pressure on the chip!

I inserted the 1st sim in a Nokia (bleah :-& ), it haves a better way to handle the sim and it has straightened it.

For now i don't get no more "no service" messages...

Someone must find the solution  :)

8390 is flimsy, I have 3 pieces of paper in it. On is adhesive tape on battery hatch, which makes it fit tight. Without that the battery would be moving with cracky sounds.
Second piece of paper is helping SIM better fit it's place.
Third piece of paper is under mainboard, inside of the phone, but appears it does not help: problem is that when I press a key, characters skip like I have pressed it twice or triple times - VERY ANNOYING when trying to quickly write sms. I thought it because of the socket between keyboard and mainboard, but havent found solution for this problem yet. This is the worst thing about my Mio.

IMO the 8390's cpu is too fast compared to other microsoft powered smartphones. You notice it if  you overclock the cpu at 300 mhz. you can't play at games like worms, because of the doubleclicks :(

I thought it's because of overclock but no, I stopped overclocking months ago. And I'm 100% sure that I didn/t have doubleclicks in the beginning. Something must have make it happen: a menu setting (unlikely), ROM upgrade (maybe) or hardware (loose socket connection betweek keyboard and mainboard) - the last option is most possible, the sucket is just between keyboard and mainboard, when you press keys, you apply force to the mainboard and maybe the sockets connection is not secure enough. Tried putting some paper inside to make it tighter, but didn't work.
