Hi guys

I have a problem with my SPV E200 on orange. when it is switched on, it gets warm/hot whether it is being used or not, leave it on in bootloader mode (canary screen) it does not get hot, any ideas ?

have you tried switching batteries? maybe there's a short or faulty contact somewhere.

when it's on, does it go to sleep at all? how long does it take to warm up (there's a thermometer app that measures the phone's internal temperature available somewhere in modaco)

the only other factor I can think of is an app that constantly runs (like media player on silent or maybe GPRS or bluetooth trying to download something)

Sounds like the battery is on it's last legs.
What is the battery life like and how long do you normally charge it for?

My batt lasts about 1.5 days of normal use and takes about 1 hour to charge from 7%-100%
