What do you need for TomTom sat nav?

when I eventually get my M5000 i'm keen to get some decent sat nav software.  A friend of mine uses TomTom and said that all you need to get is the tomtom map database and a bluetooth gprs dongle.

has anyone got this on their pocket pc?

Not on an m5000 (m500 for me), but...
1) Tomtom software
2) GPS
Sorted, and it's great too
