The M-Team is the Earth's last hope. Only they can help rid the Earth of the evil Morbeeds and their destructive forces. Destroy the relentless waves of enemy ships as they fly in to attack Help the M-Team super heroes fight their way through to the alien home planet Beedula, where the loathsome, intergalactic warlord Gradiobeed commands his army of alien invaders. Introduction This is an all-action side-scrolling shooter in Landscape mode with lovely shiny graphics and multiple levels to battle through. First, choose your Hero : There are 3 to choose from Next, select your Mission : I counted 13 ! Now start shooting ! Impressions The gameplay is great fun and will have you addicted in no time. There are plenty of different types of enemies to destroy and a whole range of power-ups to collect. You'll need to be nimble with the stylus to avoid getting destroyed before the end of the level. You can play with just the stylus or configure the device's buttons to suit your style. The option to flip the display would be nice (buttons to the right) but I found it easy enough to get used to the existing setup. Using the stylus is the best option but controlling the superhero is still tricky. Along with screen-toggling the game needs an extra Sound setting. I want to hear explosions and all the other sound effects but will always turn off the annoying muzak that games developers seem to think is an attractive feature. Conclusion This is a decent addition to a genre that is still lead by the excellent SkyForce. Although I would have liked to configure the game more to suit my style, I did enjoy playing it and have the aching wrist to prove it !
