Guest nicumicu Posted November 22, 2005 Report Share Posted November 22, 2005 I have an i-mate SP5m connected thru AS4.1 to Toshiba laptop running XP Pro. Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 fails to connect to the device with the error: "The device-side shutdown code could not allocate resources." Any ideas?
