You've broken it already!!

Hold in the reset pin and then press the power button to perform hard reset

(Don't worry, already broke it myself too!)

I bought it broken... the seller said it needs software upgrade, but how exactely can I do the software upgrade!!!

Hello,

if the unit seems 'dead' run the software update anyway with it in it's cradle. If it infact is that which is needed it should run the update ok. I'm personally wary of sellers who claim things are an 'easy fix' or say 'this is all it needs' etc, as if it was so easy to fix, why didn't they do it and sell their item for twice as much?...you usually find it's much more than that wrong and they are being optimistic on purpose as they've already tried that :roll:

Do you have the original cradle to charge the battery externally to see if it's a problem with the motherboard connector?
