It had to happen... . As I shut my car door, the jam flew from my grip and bounced across the car park  

Luckily, it only dinged the battery cover, so anyone know where I can get a replacement?

I dropped my M500 in the states recently (very first time) and the 'power' button became electrically stuck down. Orange were very unhelpful but HTC Europe sorted me out in 5 working days with a new fitted bezel.

Mine fell out of the car window going round a roundabout, and the transit behind me drove over it...

Orange took a little persuading to be fair... But they sent me a replacement.
