Well after 1 month of putting up with poor quality speaker I also find around 2/3 minutes into each conversation the microphone stops working and the other person can't hear me. A phone call to Orange follows.
I have to say whilst Orange have always been helpful to me I LOVE Orange Premier. Just a few simple menu options, no BS, no queues just prompt helpful honest advice. The CS agent that I spoke to was happy to replace the handset without the Spanish inquisistion and to add some irony the mic failed mid conversation
New handset and the sound is fantastic, no Microphone problems, no screen buzzing and definately no crackling from the speaker.
Just thought i'd let you all know, there is hope
