Does anyone know ether there is a UK version of ROM update out there for the Orange SPV M500 ?
I have found the German version ROM update to 6.12.5.173

Past handsets ( in no particular order):

SPV M3000 - MDA Vario II - iPhone - iPhone 3G - Motorola Atrix - Galaxy S, S2, now the S3, can't get enough of the Galaxy series.

i have loaded the german rom on my phone and it works ok  ! you just need 2 set up GPRS and MMS and change the German To UK ! works 100%  :)

Hi, just installed the German Update and works fine  :)  also I changed the Regional Setting to UK and it’s perfect.

More to the point, what are the benefits of using the German ROM over the standard UK one?

No update AFAIK. I very, very much doubt there will ever be one now.
