Syncronising SD card?

I've just got a 2 gig SD card for my M2000 and have moved most of the my documents folder from the main memory to the SD card and would like to use active sync to syncronize the my documents folder on the SD card as well as the my documents folder on the main memory.

Anyone know if it can be done?
