Thanks to bogblaster (on another forum) we now have a cab file for people who have had to perform a hard reset.

This will make the phone application work correctly again.

Thanks for the info...I immediately noticed that the speed dial had changed but didn't know why. Have got the download....Now what do I do to use it? In  which directory do the files sit...Help!!!
