HOW CAN I KNOW if my mpx200 its application lock ?

and if its lock its an other metod than the page of orange ?

Easy answer, try installing an app. on it like Jeyo personaliser, you'll soon find out.

I was able to install TCMP on my brand new T-mobile SDA.  Does that mean it is already App unlocked?

Not necessaryly, because there are a couple of levels of application unlock. I guess it is partly, but not fully unlocked. To fully unlock your phone have a look at this website: http://robertpelosch...ur-windows.html

Excellent, thanks.  I'll try it once i get a storage card.  Do you know how i can sim unlock my SDA to work with any carrier?  I tried searching, can't seem to find anything.

A couple of places to try, there is the the free method at
SPV Developers or there is the automated method which costs £20
from www.imei-check.com
