anyone tried using / assigning specific ringtones to specific contacts? when you open a contact one of the options is to assign a tone; my question is does this feature work well on your mios? i pasted some wav files on the rings folder but somehow some of the shorter tones don't work. the phone just rings without any sounds. but using mp3s; that seems to work better specially for the tones which come with the mio.

i tried using mortring 0.97 version where you can assign ringtones and sms tones to specific contacts; but i think the app doesn't go well with wm2005...read that some users of other ppc devices (like an o2 atom) had some issues as well. i then tried ringo but it still doesn't work well with wav files.
