Hello everybody, i got my charmer yesterday and coming from a normal phone i' m loving the functionality..but i've got a couple of probs: 1.when using zip if i try to create a new zip archive and add something to it it tells me me the archive cant be found but the name of the archive is for one i already deleted, the same happens occasionally if i try to extract files.
2. i cant seem to set transscribe as the default input it resets to keyboard when its turned on??
3. if i hard reset will the os still be there as well as the preinstalled apps like zip,word etc. (will this fix the probs?)

Not sure about the first question as I use WinRAR which is free. If you want to try it its Here

2. Yeah every time you turn the device off it resets to keyboard but with flight mode and silent you shouldn't need to turn it off too often.

3. A hard reset will take it back to the state it came in when you got it. You can remove most of the T-Mobile customization by doing a soft reset when the device says "Customizing in 3 seconds". You will need to install network specific settings after that, eg MMS, GPRS etc

Thanks  for  the  info,  winrar`s  so  easy  to  use!  microsoft  should  use  it  as  the  default  tool.  i'm going  to  start  tweaking  my  registry  so  maybe  i  can  change  the  default  input to  transcriber that  way.
