Guest nastassja Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 i just received my qtek s200 from vodafone, and I would like to make a dump of the rom to have it as a backup because i plan to try other roms and stuff. so is it possible to do it with mtty? i found some information on other forums but no experiences with the prophet. thanks in advance. Guest nevawlkalone Posted July 25, 2006 Report Share Posted July 25, 2006 (edited) Its possible with third party software *i think*, but if you brick the phone, a back up of te rom wont fix it as you will have to *attempt* to flash the original ROM back, and if it doesnt pass a certain point in the boot loarder then you cant even do that and it will have to go to the manufacturer!
