Create AccountThe keypad on my Orange SPV 550 won't unlock, so can't access contacts, txts or email, stuck in Spain and can't call home etc... can't do a hard reset and battery out etc don't work..... help!??? Got a laptop and active sync, and can explore phone, but any fixes out there for this?

Is there a program on your phone named CLEAR STORAGE? That is the start menu shortcut to a hard reset.

I had same probelm with cingular 2125. Leave the battery and card out for 30 minutes. Shorter times didn't help.
FYI. New day same problem. I thought this was a one time hangup but it has happened again!
